Jeanette's Carrot Cheese Spread

A Christmas staple at Nanny's!  The credit for this recipe actually goes to one of her best friends, Jeanette.  Thank you, Jeanette, for always bringing this to the Christmas Eve gathering!  My sister and I used to spend many Christmas Eves sitting at the kitchen table with Jessica hogging all the cheese spread! : )

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 small onion
1 1/2 Tbs. mayonnaise

Mix ingredients together and serve with crackers.
